AEA Learning Online offers over 200 facilitated online courses for license renewal or graduate credit. These courses allow participants to engage with instructors and colleagues from across the state. These courses feature:

Personalized Learning Trainings & Courses

AEA Learning System provides educators with access to hundreds of self-paced trainings and courses. Many of the opportunities are free to employees in a participating district. Self-paced courses offer educators affordable options for license renewal or graduate credit* with the added convenience of no deadlines, no waiting for a section to start, and no waiting for a class to finish in order to receive your grade.

About AEAs

Iowa's Area Education Agencies (AEAs) were created in 1974 by the Iowa legislature to ensure equal educational opportunities for all children from birth through age 21. As regional service agencies, AEAs provide special education and school improvement services for students, families, teachers, administrators, and their communities.
